I develop and implement automated reports within Airtel MS Projects, significantly improving efficiency and reducing manual effort. I also leverage my software development knowledge to create web portals using Laravel and PHP, enabling colleagues to easily query and retrieve network data at NRT, further enhancing data accessibility and utilization.
These web portals allow colleagues to generate reports independently at any time, eliminating the need for assistance/Support. Additionally, I administer Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. I effectively utilize data manipulation and sharing techniques using Python and C# to disseminate critical network performance information to relevant departments.
